Prints are shipped from the UK and usually sent out within 2-3 working days. 

 

All work is very carefully packaged and sent via the Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class service but if you have another preference please contact me.

US shipping is sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed which aims to deliver within 5-7 business days. 

If you are ordering outside of the UK, you may be charged additional customs fees which are not included in the postal cost and will the customer's responsibility to pay. 

All orders come with a packing slip that includes the price of your order. If this is a gift and you would prefer this not to be included, please let me know.

These are handmade prints so each one may vary slightly which is part of their unique quality. Some of the paper I use is handmade Japanese Washi or Nepalese Khadi paper and flecks and fibres may be visible which is due to the way it was manufactured and is not a fault. 

I always package my work very carefully so it should arrive in pristine condition. I cannot be responsible for damage or loss in transit but if it does arrive damaged in anyway please send a photograph to clearly show the damage and I will organise a replacement or refund. 

You are welcome to return to print in perfect condition within 14 days for a full refund via Paypal. The customer will be responsible for postage costs.
